FAQ
What if I want changes after I see the first draft? +
We expect them. The first draft is a starting point, not the finish line. Tell me what's off and I redo it ASAP. Most sites go through 2-3 quick rounds before launch.
Is the monthly fee really required? +
Yes. It covers hosting, SSL, daily backups, security patches, and the time I spend keeping your site up. Month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime if it stops being useful.
What about the domain (the .com)? +
Included. If you don't have one, I'll grab a custom .com for your business, point it at your site, and manage everything in the background. DNS, renewals, technical bits, all handled for you. You don't lift a finger or sign up for any registrar account. If you already have a domain you'd like to use, I'll wire that one in instead.
Can you make changes after it's live? +
Yes. Small changes (photo swap, hours update, new service line) are included in the monthly. Larger redesigns get quoted separately, but those almost never come up in the first year.
What areas do you serve? +
Currently Auburn / Opelika in Alabama and Colorado Springs in Colorado. The work is done remotely with local support. Outside those areas? Email and we'll see what we can do to make it happen.
